About Us

All-Star Home Inspections, is owned and operated by Daniel Burkhead. I am an Arkansas Licensed Home Inspector (HI #1576). Trained and Certified by ABC Home Inspection Institute and the International Association of Home Inspectors (NACHI23100335). I have over 25 years of experience in the Construction Industry as well as over 15 years in Quality Control/Inspection Industry. My experience is from holding an Arkansas General Contractor's License as well as other ventures in construction, project management, and quality control.

Scott Lamb has been working closely with Daniel for the last 6 years. (HI #2096) (NACHI23122307). Trained and Certified by ABC Home Inspection Institute. Though he's only been a licensed home inspector for a few years, he has a strong background in electrical and safety that helps balance out the specialties of All-Star Home Inspections.

Our inspections are bound to a strict code of ethics; this ensures quality service while providing important protections.

For example, as an inspector, we will:
•Work Exclusively for YOU, the Customer.
•Follow Arkansas Home Inspector and the InterNACHI Standards of Practice.
•Follow the Arkansas Home Inspector and the InterNACHI Code of Ethics.
•Deliver Report within 24 hours (typically emailed at the end of the inspection as we use Spectora). No more waiting for days for your report.
•Not Perform Repairs on Any Home Inspected.

We continue to build our reputation one inspection at a time to ensure you get the quality service you expect from your inspector. We provide many ancillary services that will help you have a better understanding of the house you're buying. Even though we'll point out and tell you many items or discrepancies, not all of them are detrimental and have to be repaired. No house is perfect. But you want to know as much about it as possible and we'll help you do that.
